DELIVERY POLICY
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You'll get an email notification when your order ships containing your tracking information.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
In-store Pickup
Pickup is only available in our Dublin office for a limited set of products - products we are not able to ship. Those products will have clearly indicated tags and notes about this. No other orders and product can be picked up in person.
Once your order is processed, you will be notified via email that your order is available for collection.
Pickup hours are Mon–Fri 08:30–17:00.
International Shipping
We ship to most of Europe - the EU, EEA, Switzerland and the UK on demand only.
Shipping times vary: 1–2 days to Ireland, 3–5 days to the UK, and 1–2 weeks to the EU.

Check your email for a shipping notification with tracking info. Allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Customers may request changes or cancellations only before the order has started processing.
Once an order enters processing, it cannot be changed or cancelled. This does not affect your constitutional rights.
